The award categories are as follows:
Ultimate & Classic 18-19,20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Sprint 14-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdales & Athenas will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mates’ which has no podium prizes.

“Pro” category – must hold a pro licence, or gain consent from race organisers (be able to prove comparable times to pro triathletes).

Minimum age for Team members : Ultimate & Classic-17 years, Sprint-13 years.
