REDLINE SPRINT
OVERVIEW
SUNDAY 2ND

Don’t be fooled by the SPRINT distance, this event is aimed for those looking to up-the-ante on their racing.

Slow and steady won’t cut it here – it’s fast. It’s short, sharp and will have you shooting out of the blocks from the first gun.

Beginning with a deep water swim start and 750m loop course, competitors will exit the water, mount their bikes and leave the SIRC for the out-and-back 30km course. The course features a couple of short sharp climbs to keep the heart rate up, and is followed by the 5km run which is a full lap of the Competition Lake.
